1. Introduction

1.1 Agreement Terms

By accessing or using PageOn's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and the incorporated Privacy Policy and Payment Policy. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, you may not access the Service.

5.Content Rights and Responsibilities

5.1 User Content

• Users retain rights to original content they create
• Users grant PageOn license to host and display their content
• Users are responsible for content they upload or create

5.2 AI-Generated Content

• Users receive a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated content
• PageOn retains rights to the AI technology and systems
• Users must review and verify AI-generated content for accuracy

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please note that our Services and your data are hosted on servers located in the United States. If you access the Services from anywhere outside of the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Payment Terms and Processing

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Your billing cycle starts on your subscription date. You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method.

7.3.2 Payment Processing

We use Airwallex as our payment processor. By submitting payment information, you:
Authorize PageOn and Airwallex to process payments Confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method Agree to maintain accurate and current payment information.

We accept the following payment methods through Airwallex's secure platform:
Visa Mastercard American Express Discover PayPal Other payment methods available in your region through Airwallex.

7.3.3 Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). For users outside the United States, charges will be processed in USD, and your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

7.4 Subscription Management

7.4.1 Modification and Cancellation

7.6.2 Privacy Protection

Payment data handling complies with applicable privacy laws relevant to our user base, which may include the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, and data protection laws in other jurisdictions where our users are located, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 PageOn's IP Rights

• Service name, logo, and branding are PageOn's property
• AI technology and algorithms are proprietary
• Users may not copy or modify PageOn's intellectual property

8.2 Third-Party Content

• Users must respect third-party intellectual property rights
• Users are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses
• We may remove content that infringes on IP rights

9. Termination

10. Disclaimers and Limitations
